Terminology
For the purposes of this agreement (the 'Agreement'), the Platform will be referred to as 'we', 'us', or 'our'. Users and other visitors to the Platform will be referred to as 'you', 'your', or 'User'. Collectively, 'we' and 'you' are the 'parties', and each individually is a 'party'.
Processing and Retention Periods for Personal Information
We will process and retain your personal information for as long as required by law, or for the period agreed with you at the time of collection.

Users must abide by the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement and comply with applicable laws and regulations on personal information and data protection in their respective country or region.
Invocation
Any reference in this Agreement to codes, statutory instruments, or administrative regulations is to the latest amended version, regardless of whether the amendment occurred before or after this Agreement was executed.

Headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms and conditions. Any references to statements, terms, conditions, annexures or schedules are to those within this Agreement.

In this Agreement, the term 'include' is always intended to mean 'including, but not limited to', unless otherwise specified.

Users agree that the Platform may use cookies to monitor their activity on the Platform and to collect various information, including but not limited to IP addresses, geographical locations, and other relevant data. For example, we may use video (including audio) footage to verify P2P merchants and as evidence in P2P order disputes. Additionally, facial video (including audio) may be used for Stokes Finspirex identity verification on third-party platforms..
